Take twelve
We make a hundred-some videos a year. Twelve years ago we started with traditional craft: live-action, 2D and 3D, frame-by-frame animation, VFX. Two of my partners still work in those directions. I was a cinematographer, so I know how a frame is built from behind the camera.

All that knowledge now runs our hybrid workflows. When I say AI, it doesn't mean writing one prompt and pressing a button. It's a craft of its own: knowing what camera and lens to put into the prompt, what look you're after, what setting, what camera move. Live-action thinking, animation thinking, illustration, motion design. Many, many details.

We've been building hybrid workflows since the days when Stable Diffusion was almost the only generative model, and we've worked with every model since. This is not R&D for us anymore. It's final deliverables, with timelines and budgets that finally make sense for our clients.
And here's the part we enjoy most: we now have the flexibility to create anything we can imagine, and it keeps getting better.
AI hybrid is in addition to what we do. We still do live-action. We still do animation. The craft stays. The canvas got bigger.
