Problem: Intellias wanted to talk to developers about the benefits of working for the company.
But after an interview with CA, we learned that developers no longer trust advertising messages. They believe that all IT companies are the same and call them galleys. Therefore, we tried to find a new approach.
Solution: We offered to advertise not a company but a person and his profession.
And make Intellias integration native, not direct. The video contains universal insights that apply to any specialist, any IT company. By telling a story, not about a specific company but about people in general, we showed that Intellias understood their problems, and therefore we got the attention of these people.
